10 Day Self-drive Chobe Zimbabwe Safari

Day 1: Departing from Johannesburg, your journey takes you to Francistown, where you will stay at Woodlands Stop Over on route to the captivating Chobe region.

Day 2 & 3: As the sun rises on this day, you'll venture into the Chobe area and settle in Kasane for two-night's at Chobe Safari Lodge. While sipping a drink, gaze upon the tranquil meandering waters during a river cruise, or opt for a game drive within the renowned Chobe National Park. Here, a myriad of birdlife and wildlife congregates on the floodplains to drink and graze.

Day 4 & 5: Crossing the border into Zimbabwe, a mere 80 km drive brings you to the town of Victoria Falls. If the splendour of this awe-inspiring natural marvel has yet to grace your senses, prepare to be utterly captivated by its beauty. An array of activities cater to the adventurous and those seeking to unwind in the embrace of nature.

Day 6 & 7: Proceding to Hwange National Park, you'll find a choice of camping or lodge accommodation at Robin's Camp, both offering excellent wildlife sightings. This region is renowned for its efforts in the rehabilitation of the African wild dog.

Day 8 & 9: Your return journey leads through the Pandamatenga border post, offering a stopover at Nata Lodge. Here, an evening drive across the Makgadikgadi Pans beckons, revealing a captivating natural panorama.

Day 10: Stopover at Kwa Nokeng Lodge at the Martin’s Drift border post to break your journey before you return to Johannesburg.
